The Pareto Principle and Screen Time
When social distancing came into effect I noticed a significant increase in screen time. 75% of that screen time came from three apps: Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
My phone usage shared a relationship that the Pareto Principle models; most things are not distributed evenly in life.
My solution to reduce screen time was to delete those apps. If I needed them I used the browser.
Subsequently, my screen time was reduced by 70%.
