We Can Figure It Out

We can figure it out.

Those are the most important words I’ve learned from working at Tesla. Before coming here, I knew nothing about onboard diagnostics. I felt stuck at so many points during the past few months. Whenever I got to a place where I felt proceeding was impossible, my mentor would always tell me we can figure it out.

One thing that I respect about my team is that if something needs to get done, they get it done. It doesn’t matter what it is, or if’s the task is not in their job title. If it needs to get done, it gets done. At the end of the day, it all comes down to that optimistic attitude; we can figure it out.
